The South East Seals Multi Skill Clubs are COMING BACK!

Sport South East are delighted to announce that the SE Seals Multi Skills Clubs are to continue for a third year. With the Big Lottery funding due to end in June '08 the Local Authority Partners of Sport South East have decided to fund the Clubs themselves as the Clubs in operation have all proved very successful in terms of the numbers of young people attending and the skill education and enjoyment they are receiving.

From the week commencing Monday 22nd September 2008, Clubs will begin again in the Castereagh, North Down, Lisburn and Ards Council areas. If you would like to register for any of the Clubs you can contact your local sports development officer. Details can be found in the Our People section of this website.

South East Seals Multi Skill Clubs

A SOUTH EAST SEALS MULTI SKILLS CLUB IS COMING TO A LOCATION NEAR YOU!

For as little as £1 per week your child can take part in FUN and EXCITING activities and games in a safe and fully inclusive environment – giving them the necessary skills which they can then use to participate in all types of physical activity.

Supported by Big Lottery, the South East Seals Multi Skills Clubs will aim to develop children’s agility, balance and coordination skills and will be delivered by fully qualified and specifically trained coaches.

Each Club will run for one hour per week (after school) for 8 weeks, three times throughout the year and will target a range of age groups.

To avail of this opportunity for your children to be involved in a new, fun and exciting approach to physical activity contact your local sports development officer.
